Constitution is made by people. But people cannot be enslaved by constitution. Same is true of law

Taxation
People are forced to suffer due pharaonic taxation policies on cars. So they beg to leaders

High and complex taxes means businessmen and individuals are forced to bribe govt and tax officials

I propose flat 10% tax income business only and 5% on all transactions including property so people happily pay tax then steal and hence government cannot continue bribes

I am also against big government nowhere in the world is it liked or appreciated. Using technology of which we have lot of talent we can reduce government to mobile apps only. All we need is Nadra for database and rest are entries. Serve people via online courier using police stations for thumb verification connected with relevant gov service

Law and order
I also believe law and order and justice are foundations of any society. Today Usa is a superpower and Europe is prosperous besides Aus nz Singapore and some gulf states as they uphold law and justice. In Pakistan police and judiciary like media and most gov departments is considered sold out. They recruit on bribes hey cannot give justice. Only decent institution in country is army. Using retired army personnel army should bring about justice and order to the people like they do via Mp in Cantt and all is good there

Also we need to reduce our laws to 10% developing good moral standards and decent communication in people as corner stone of Islam. This will result in less laws and more implementation

Islam
Islam is turned into a shop today. Our leaders and people must refer to khulafa e Rashideen as role models. Today every Pakistani is blindly pursuing money. Money will not go with us to grave only good conduct will. Also we kill our own people to please the west. Will the west or Myanmar kill one person in retrospect? Why is the world community our yardstick when Islam has clearly given us the difference between right and wrong? Should we not have moral courage to tell Taliban that they were created by intelligence agencies to fight Russians? This will break their morale and they will hopefully come to the peaceful and loving essence of Islam

Health
Sr Robert Young is my role model. He has on www.phmlife.com proven that health is directly related to a green diet. He can make an ailing humanity bounce back in health in a snap. I know it from experience

Leadership
Our leadership is a negative role model for people. Blindly pursuing wealth and power. Today the pm position has become a joke with nawaz trying hold and Imran trying to grab. Is this democracy or hunger for power and money? We all know better

I appeal and request our civil and military leadership to unite as one for once in 70 years of Pakistan to face real internal and external challenges. This can only happen if you follow simple lifestyle of khulfa e rashideen as Edhi did. Give your money voluntarily back to govt. make yourself a good role model. And stop Vip bs. Bilawal and other VIP movement has killed and suffered people. Other country leaders live simple lives. Obama daughter works in a restaurant. Dubai Sh Mohd freely mingles with people and gives soft drinks and gets selfies with ordinary people. These are brave and real leaders. They don’t fear death nor crave power or money. I say learn from good leaders and govt all over the world

Foreign policy

As a Muslim I am against the enemy Mindset our prophet pbuh taught us unconditional love. Think about it. Is this what we practice? Today we hate India. Do we realize for 800 years Indians were ruled by us? That all the way to Spain belonged to Muslim’s. today we muslims need brotherhood to look at the world with love then hate and anger as our prophet pbuh and his companions did. Let us become so good and decent honest and respectful that the world looks at us as leadership role models that we were once upon a time

My message to Modi. Like Pakistan you have worse problems of poverty. Please don’t hate Pakistanis and Muslim’s. our majority are poor and simple people. They are hard working clean and honest. And as for your fear of sharia. The reality is that my perception of Islam tells me that you and eu and others actually practice it. How you serve your people. With honest and integrity and concern. Deliver justice is Sharia to me

In the beginning, let me communicate to all who read that I am NOT calling the honorable, respectable, hard working people of Pakistanis Gadhas or Donkeys. I am only highlighting attention to the fact that our leadership has for the last 70 years treated us like Donkeys / Gadhas, 98% of us Pakistanis have suffered like or worse than donkeys as explained below. This must end, and it can only when the 98% rise for their rights as I’ve explained below in terms of taxation and freedom.

I am launching a political party in Pakistan, that I believe will serve as a role model to the world as well, whether our neighbors, impoverished Africans, Filipinos, South Americans and Eastern Europeans and other less developed countries.

Gadha, Khota, Donkey. An animal known for 5 things:
1 One of the hardest working animals
2 Despite the hard work, poorly compensated in terms of rest and food
3 Very often abused
4 Despised when it cries in pain (Hadith says it is a sign of observing Satan)
5 Specifically: Gadha / Donkey meat is eaten by LIONS/SHER, parties fling ARROWS/TEER on it and those who proclaim JUSTICE/INSAF for him do not get it themselves!
Gadha Party, is the story of 98% of Pakistanis. Out of a total population of 200 million (20 Crores), 199.5 million (19 Crore 50 lakhs) are living the life of a Gadha/Donkey as described above because of corrupt, insensitive and even criminal leaders and hopeless institutions and policies.
These people lead tragic lives, the average daily wage in Pakistan is Rs 3-400 per day in affluent cities or USD 3-4 per DAY compared to US Minimum Wage of USD 7.25 / HOUR!
Thus for a 10 hour workday, normal for a laborer in Pakistan, he earns USD 4, on the higher, side whereas his American counterpart earns USD 72.5 minimum! That is a differential of almost 20 times! Or what a Pakistani laborer earns in 20 days an American laborer earns in ONE DAY, again, on the minimum side of things for average pay rates in the US are $30+ per hour or even FOUR TIMES more than this taking the differential to EIGHTY TIMES!
Because of such a huge imbalance in income levels our society is skewed towards majority of people who can be accurately labelled as “poor” – 98% who earn 3 Dollars or LESS in a day; a small portion of these is “middle classes” that earn barely above the 3 dollars, to say 6-7 dollars a day, school teachers, clerks and the majority of educated workforce.
The other side is an ostentatious, anglicized society following the rituals, culture and mannerisms of the British Raj, where the White English have been well replaced by our own feudal landlords, industrialists, most politicians, most government servants and army personnel. The divide is clear in everything. The blue collar has not just separate bathrooms in places of work, often none, but also different lives. They do not socialize with the middles or uppers, in fact they are the lords and masters whom the poor bring “problems” too which range from getting someone a $5 a day job, to helping someone get medical attention in the overcrowded, underfunded hospitals; REALITY IS THAT the 98% poor are in overt or covert bondage. Thus Gadha Party is about exposing this MODERN DAY SLAVERY TO PAKISTANIS AND THE WHOLE WORLD.
Their girls and wives looking for jobs are conveniently sexually exploited, their men watch in a state of numbness as every ounce of self respect is torn from them; they are humbled, subjugated, ruled completely in body, mind and spirit.
While the rich dine in the Marriotts, the 98% do so in fly, mosquito, cockroach and other insect infested street vendors. While for the rich Champagnes are opened as if they were cheaper than water bottles (yes despite the Islamic facade, many a 2% drinks in Pakistan), the poor do not even have access to clean drinking water, sewage laced water kills hundreds of thousands every year. While the poor can’t sleep at night in mosquito infected, dengue, malaria, typhoid, hepatitis causing environs, the rich sleep comfortably on imported mattresses, cooled by imported split air conditioners. While the poor travel buses and public transport, the rich roam around with several cars motorcades often carrying brazen armed guards showing off and pointing their weapons indiscriminately.
While the rich get things done at the touch of a telephone, the poor toil for hours, days and months to get the same done in rather uncertain terms. The rich treat the police as their servants. An important official or even a reasonably rich man’s son, if stopped by police and asked for IDs or fined for a driving mistake can conveniently step out and beat up the traffic police!
Yet our government, BLINDLY trying to please America, PRETENDS that the NUMBER ONE problem of Pakistan is … TERRORISM! Please see this link, appx 3,318 people killed due terrorism, ok take it to 10,000, fine? Happy? Now see THIS LINK and hold your head in awe as you read about ONE CHILD DYING EVERY MINUTE IN PAKISTAN DUE TO DISEASES! So that’s 525,000 or HALF A MILLION CHILDREN, FORGET ADULTS dying due diseases, in short 10,000 people die due terrorism in Pakistan and 1,000,000 people die due diseases. Or 100 times more than terror, yet our slavish leadership IGNORE these FACTS shamelessly and conveniently.
But the saddest reality of Pakistan, is that the 98% are not even treated like human beings, hence the comparison with how an abused donkey (which makes up for 100% donkeys in Pakistan) is treated.
Contrast and compare this with the EU and US and other developed places where law and order, equity in wages and respect for the blue collars and masses is a norm then an exception. Their Prime Ministers ride bicycles, ours have dozes of cars and jeeps and tons of police “protecting” them! What from? A $3 a day masses? People like Obama and EU leaders are often spotted at public restaurants without protocol. Ours enjoy sumptuous meals.
All of this modern day slavery is perpetuated and carried out using a few very simple tools: taxation, police & judiciary, religion and foreign misinformation. They are debunked below with solutions thereof:
Taxation
The rich in Pakistan, like elsewhere, try to evade taxes. Only that they are far more successful here than in other countries. Bulk of taxation is either MNCs and few private groups who are reasonably honest in paying up, or indirect taxes as levies on fuel, utilities and communication. There are heavy taxes and stupendous regulations imposed on import of cars and many so called “luxury items” that are the playground of the 2%.
Does this tax “make it” to the treasury?
Most taxes are underpaid, bribes and corruption play a major role. Hence most tax never even makes it to the government and is just shared as bribes!
Where does this tax go to?
Any reasonable Pakistani would agree that no more than 25% of the taxation revenue or budget is fairly appropriated, the rest 75% is shared down the “chain” of government and politicians.
How to resolve taxation to benefit the people?
Fairly simple, remove all income taxes and reduce corporate taxes to a SUGGESTIVE 5% of their earning, an amount, the meanest, cheapest and perhaps even the most corrupt of firms would actually feel motivated to pay up! So it would decrease corruption and bribes of officers.
Secondly, all import and customs duties should be done away with, allow free import of anything and everything – this will help the 98% afford cars like an old Lexus LS 400 sold for USD 700 in the US whereas the same money buys one a CD70 or 125 motorcycle in Pakistan that people travel in with great danger to their small children, imagine 4 kids on a small bike flanked by buses, trucks and cars. A small mistake of the bike driver and the kids can fall off and instantaneously be crushed! Yet our inhuman and inhumane government and politicians care two hoots! They cite “local automotive industry” which is again in the 2% control, the rich get richer analogy, and hence the vicious circle continues.
Reducing taxes will have the added benefit to force big government of Pakistan with 40+ ministries to amalgamate to say just 5 ministries, (more about that please see articles at http://www.blahblah.info) thus cutting costs, and bureaucracy in the same stroke.
Finally 5% SUGGESTIVE not mandatory corporate tax will encourage businesses from all over the world to flock to Pakistan and set up shop! What else would one need?
Police & Judiciary
In any decent developed country police protects the masses, in Pakistan it is the opposite, innocent, political or personal victims are jail inmates and the real culprits are big in politics and governments! The answer to it is given in great detail on ChangePakistanNow  where it is proposed that the Army should use retired veterans and completely take over these two areas, further the Army Chief promotion should never fall under the “elected” government so they cannot mess with army’s good system of internal selection, the last two martial laws in Pakistan happened because the politicians promoted the wrong men, out of turn. Further the government – army relationship should be one of internal audit only then any commanding position. The army should also control foreign relations, as it is they who have the information and vision on the same then most of the corrupt and ill informed politicians and governance members as of now.
Religion
Religion, sectarian and regional differences are used by the ruling elites graphically described above to rule the masses senselessly by making them fight against each other and also spreading a message contrary to Islam or any other religions apparently good and non controversial teachings. The answer is simple, declare that while the majority of population is Muslim (like the Vatican is Christian and Israel is Jewish) we should maintain respect for Islamic faith but also ALL other faiths as the constitution of Pakistan guarantees though not followed. Laws should be passed that
1 Religion exists to soothe humanity spiritually not to motivate people with rhetoric to kill each other
2 The core concept of Islam, the primary and dominant religion of Pakistan, is that Muslims are to be judged by God / Allah ST in the end. Hence a STATE should only bother with implementing civil laws in accordance with the WILL of the people then IMPOSING religion by law in general, unless the public so desires, which must be respected as part of democracy
3 From an administrative perspective the nation needs to be rid of provincial system and large blocs and simply divided into 300 sub states or more, each unit no more than 300,000 in population ideally. Each unit can hold referendums on WHETHER they want a Sharia like system with hijab / covering for women, and modest dressing for men OR they want a more Western or most Arab / GCC states like Islam where there are mosques AND there are bars, massage parlours and ladies of the night. Let the PEOPLE decide their choice, I reckon 20% of Pakistan will go the liberal way and hence will have tourism from all over the world, couple with 5% suggestive tax Pakistan will skyrocket to progress in no time and YET be LIBERAL and CONSERATIVE at the SAME time DEPENDING ON THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE! What ELSE is democracy?
4 Anyone who claims to be a Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Parsi and so forth will fall in only ONE category, simply disallow “sects” overtly, Shias and Sunnis, Protestants and Catholics can congregate to their mosques without any drama or hurt to the other
5 Mandatory respect for ALL religious icons and figures, freedom of speech against religious icons is not something the bulk of the 98% mostly illiterate Muslim population is as yet prepared for
6 Protecting gays, lesbians and atheists right to live their life as they choose
7 Laws to protect against FORCED marriages or cousin marriages as practiced today and human rights regardless of which system the state follows
Foreign Misinformation
Instead of giving the factual position above our corrupt and scheming government gives a different picture. Paints our people as “hardliners” whereas they are in reality VICTIMS of a CORRUPT government that has REDUCED them to DONKEYS!!!
Thus our aim is FREEDOM TO THE COUNTRY and making the 98% Donkeys / Gadhas of Pakistan to be treated with RESPECT like humans in developed countries

We propose people shout DHENCHO (Bray) or ZULM HAI (Injustice) in PUBLIC WHEN THEY ARE CONFRONTED WITH ABUSE OF POWER AND BRIBERY / CORRUPTION SITUATIONS, SO OTHER PEOPLE CAN JOIN THEM IN THE CHANTS AND FORCE THE OFFENDER TO RETREAT.
